VIP & Birthdays Host, Windsor

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, shift times vary but can start from 7:00am (early shift) and finish after 11:00pm (late shift) - weekend availability is required for this role

Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2026

Our VIP Hosts create, develop and deliver a wide range of set and bespoke experiences for our guests, while managing an extensive client base. We are looking for people who are eager, talkative and confident with our guests and have the desire to deliver the most incredible VIP experiences.

In this position, you will deliver all experiences in our portfolio to our VIPs, ensuring they maximise their time with us and have the most remarkable day. Your role will vary from feeding the sharks at Deep Sea Adventure to taking guests behind the scenes of the Miniland to explore how we look after over 40 million bricks.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality and setting a great example for the rest of the resort.

• Highly self‑motivated individuals with an excellent knowledge of the resort to deliver the very best experiences on park.
• Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring guests’ needs are met at every point of the day and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with assisting all departments across the resort to meet guests’ requirements and able to prioritise workload.
• Professional department representative, maintaining complete confidentiality when working with high‑profile guests.
• Applicants must be over 18 years of age due to shift times.
