Building Surveyor, York

The successful candidate will form part of our existing team of building surveyors covering all aspects of building surveying and project management for both commercial and residential properties across Yorkshire and beyond. Requirements of the candidate: * MRICS Building Surveyor * Minimum of 3 years building surveying experience * Full, clean driving license * Experience of working with both private and public sector clients. * Strong communication and technical writing skills. * The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Dilapidations negotiations, contract administration and condition surveys of commercial buildings. * Technically proficient in core building surveying services. * Client facing in order to aid business development. * Experience within a reputable consultancy would be advantageous.
