Site Manager, York

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-spec commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business delivering fast-paced, high-quality commercial schemes within a Tier 1 environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong Design & Build background and proven experience managing site operations from initial set-up through to project completion and handover.

• Tier 1 fit-out or major commercial refurbishment experience
• Strong health & safety management and site coordination skills
• Experience managing subcontractors, labour and site teams
• Ability to drive programmes and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proven track record delivering fast-paced commercial projects
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required

• 60,000 - 80,000 DOE
