Head of Sales, Blackburn

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South). Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector. Grow annual turnover beyond£5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities. Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.
