Paul's a nice enough guy, but just stopped talking when we started to get to the point of arranging a meeting.
He just ignored my last 2 or 3 replies. I wondered if he was ill, so waited for a couple of weeks, again, no response. Good luck to him though, but that's not what genuine chatters do.
