Our client in Central London have a big growth plan having opened offices in the US recently they will soon be in Amsterdamn and Germany adding to their London and Zug offices in Europe You will join them as an experienced recruiter and team leader wanting to move into management, starting with a 10k contract book and building a team of contract recruiters around you this is an excellent role for someone ambitious This role can be located in London or Amsterdamn It forms a Head of Europe capacity for the pharma business with this aspiring job title to move into as you build your team and build the international contract pharma business    The client ? Pharmaceutical recruitment company focusing on quality assurance, regulatory affairs, medical devices and pharmaceutical. They are expanding into new markets and new locations all the time. Coming in you would be the highest level contract recruiter in the pharma business with the management title straight away and strong support to build your team The client are part of a bigger group of companies that are also very high growth They have been working throughout lockdown and hiring new team members    You ? Will have previous pharma recruitment recruitment experience and will have contract recruitment experience, you will also have managed recruiters even if this is at a team lead level previously You will be ambitious  You will live near London or in Amsterdamn or have a desire to relocate
