Learning support assistant, Enfield

DayWebster Education are working with a school situated in Enfield who are looking for 2X Learning support assistants for an immediate start. Successful applicants will have a genuine passion for education and the communication skills to convey this enthusiasm. You would also be expected to show self-initiative, take on and follow direction and work well within a team. Learning Support Assistant position involves working alongside the Class Teacher, and working with individual students and in small support groups assisting students with work and aiding the teacher in delivering fun and effective classes. You will be supporting students either 1:1 or in small groups and being involved in key decisions made by the Teachers. A high number of students that you will be supporting will have mild to severe learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, ADHD, EBD, Dyscalculia and Dyslexia. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy numeracy and excellent communication skills, and be patient and positive role model for the children.
