Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer, Epsom

I am seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer/ASB officer for permanent role with a Housing Association in Surrey. You will be expected provide with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. * Prioritise needs of the community and tenants (Neighbourhood officer /Housing Officer) * Be responsible for tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement such as sub-letting and tenancy fraud.
