Are you a learning Support Worker? Do you have a nurturing and caring approach to working with students? Do you have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with PMLD students? Learning Support Worker - The Role We currently require an experience learning support worker to join one of our independent PMLD schools. You will assist a mixed age classroom of 7 students with profound and multiple learning difficulties. All the students you will be working with are non-verbal and wheelchair based and have complex medical needs. Someone who has worked in a support worker role is ideal for this role. You must have as knowledge of manual handling, first aid and personal care experience. Learning Support Worker - The School This is an Outstanding Independent school that is committed to giving every student a chance to access education no matter what their needs are. They currently have around 75 students on role and work with the most complex of needs. Their students have a range of learning difficulties and medical needs and need assistance throughout the day.
