Local Land Charges Officer, Greater London

Carrington West are currently assisting London Borough of Waltham Forest in their search for a Local Land Charges Officer. The contract is for an initial three months.   The successful candidate will be able to: Assist in the work of the Land Charges department in collating and providing information in connection with the conveyancing process, to customers such as agents, solicitors, professional bodies and members of the public. Assist in the achievement of the authority's key priorities and the continuous improvement of its performance. Assist in maintaining consistency with the council's quality and equality approach to the delivery of services   Please only apply if you have experience within a local authority or private sector company within the local land charges department.
