Behavioural Support Assistant, Barking & Dagenham

Behaviour Support Assistant Barking and Dagenham Teaching Assistants who must be trained in Team Teach, with excellent behavioural management skills required for a long term position. The role will be based in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The position is full time, term time only and can run from half a term up to the whole academic year. The post will involve supporting a child in Year 3 with behavioural difficulties (predominately on a one to one basis) within the class. You will need to be a strong character, enthusiastic, motivated, good communication skills and up for a challenge. Minimum of 6 months experience working with children, in a school setting is required. Experience in working with children with special needs or within a PRU would be an advantage as would previous training in Behavior Management programmes such as Team Teach. Barking and Dagenham is a great location, conveniently located in North East London 30 minutes from Central London.
