Health Visitor, Northolt

Service Care Solutions have a vacancy available for a Band 6 Health Visitor working for the NHS in Ealing. This position is Band 6, full time, and is paying £29 per hour (umbrella company.) You will need to be experienced in all aspects of Health Visiting, including healthy Child programme, mandated contacts, safeguarding, assessment framework, facilitating drop in clinics and liaising with partner agencies. The role uses SYSTM1 so any experience of using this system would be beneficial. You do not need to be a car driver for this position.
