Environmental Enforcement Officer, SW2

Role: Investigate and serve FPNs under section 33 (fly tipping), section 34 (Duty of Care), section 47 (presentation of waste) mainly under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. PACE interviews, prosecutions, debt chase, input investigations and update on Uniform, send letters and communicate with businesses and residents. Out of hours working for 21 hours a month.
