Flexible Shifts | Great Benefits | Experience Essential A leading West London hospital requires an RGN/Adult Nurse with a strong background in emergency care to work as Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in their busy Accident and Emergency Department. You will work closely with senior management to manage and monitor clinical service delivery in addition to teaching and supporting junior colleagues in their professional development. What we are looking for: * NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN with at least 4 years? experience working in Emergency Medicine and currently working in a Band 6 role in this setting * Have completed post-registration studies in A&E, a mentorship qualification and certified in ALS and Advanced Trauma Nursing * You will have strong clinical skills including competencies in IV Drug Administration, Venepuncture & Cannulation * A strong leader with experience managing staff, undertaking clinical supervisions, managing workloads, budgets and resources * Strong communication, leadership and IT skills and confident using a range of healthcare IT and electronic patient record systems * Ideally you will be working towards a MSc in a health-related role and will be an ALS and ATNC Instructor, and have completed training in MIMM and/or CBRN For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
