SEN Learning Support Assistant - *** Learning Support Assistant at a 'SEN School' *** Start ASAP *** £75-90 per day *** Long Term to Permanent contract *** Work in small groups and on a 1:1 basis *** DayWebster Education are working with a school in Camden who are looking to recruit  Learning Support Assistants who are creative and energetic, and who are eager to learn from the experienced teachers at the school. Successful applicants will have a genuine passion for Education and the communication skills to convey this enthusiasm You would also be expected to show self-initiative, take on and follow direction and work well within a team. Learning Support Assistant position involves working alongside the Class Teacher, and working with individual students and in small support groups assisting students with work and aiding the teacher in delivering fun and effective classes. A high number of students that you will be supporting will have mild to severe learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, ADHD, EBD, Dyscalculia and Dyslexia and PMLD. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy numeracy and excellent communication skills, and be patient and positive role model for the children. You will be directed to support students with special educational needs either within the classroom as directed by a teacher in order to help pupils progress with their learning. This could include working with individual pupils and small groups of children. Every student is treated as an individual with individual needs. As a result, each student benefits from an individual learning programme and pastoral care that suits them. The School Based in Camden, the ideal candidate would benefit from being a driver.
