REGISTERED NURSE RGN - NIGHTS £18.00 - £19.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE) SUTTON, SURREY NIGHT SHIFTS - 36 HOURS PER WEEK + OVERTIME AVAILABLE EXCEPTIONAL NURSING AND DEMENTIA CARE HOME MUST HAVE CURRENT NMC PIN NUMBER The homes are part of a small well established care group located in a quiet residential area in Cheam, Surrey. They provide nursing care for the elderly and frail, specialising in Dementia care. Our client is currently recruiting Registered Nurse RGN - Nights, with NMC PIN number. Your job purpose is to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalized standard of care, which meets the service users. The care delivered, will be to a high standard. Registered Nurse RGN - Nights role As a Registered Nurse RGN you will be person centred in your approach and have good communication skills to interact with service users, team members, families and visitors. Registered Nurse RGN will motivate, mentor, mentor and develop a team of Care staff ensuring that the clinical needs of the service users are met. Registered Nurse RGN must have experience of providing a professional, safe and high quality care and supportive service. Registered Nurse RGN must have a positive attitude, be organised and adaptable to challenges. Registered Nurse RGN - Nights Requirements Registered Nurse RGN must have a current NMC PIN Registered Nurse RGN must have evidence of Clinical CPD Registered Nurse RGN ideally will have the ability to manage a shift, this is useful but not essential Registered Nurse RGN previous experience in a care home or hospital would be advantageous but not essential.
