Salary: £14.80 per hour

Hours: Full Time

A highly respected Training GP Surgery in North Maida Vale (NW6) is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.

The Practice is easily accessible, with convenient street-side parking and excellent public transport links — just a short walk from local train stations and bus stops.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient enquiries and appointments
• Registering new patients and updating records
• Handling correspondence via Docman and using EMIS Web

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous administrative experience (preferably within a GP or healthcare setting)
• Confidence using EMIS Web and Docman
• Strong communication and organisational skills
