Rate: £17.18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Temporary Receptionist to join a well-established investment company based in the West End. This is an ongoing booking for three days per week, ideal for someone with prior corporate experience who is reliable, engaging, and thrives in a front-of-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Managing a busy reception desk with professionalism and efficiency
Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting internal teams
Maintaining a welcoming and polished front-of-house environment
Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable committing to a part-time schedule (3 days per week)
