What you will do:

- Provide expert pharmaceutical care within the surgical and medical wards.

Requirements:

- Must be registered with the HCPC.
- At least 2 years of hospital experience across different wards is required.
- Possess a full driving license, as flexibility and travel might be needed to meet the role's demands.
