Candidates must have strong experience, working on luxury beauty and fashion editorial and commercial productions either in-house or agency side to be considered for this role.

• Assist a producer or agent with running confirmed jobs from start to finish.
• Managing the budget and reconciling estimates with actual spend (including signing off on third party invoices).
• Liaising with clients and outside producers to ensure a common understanding of production needs.
• Liaising with artists directly or through their assistants regarding their schedule and upcoming jobs.
• Assisting artists and their assistants on all production; organising travel arrangements, booking flights, organising visas, booking couriers, hotels and cars etc.
• Develop shoot schedules, travel schedules and call sheets, where required.
• Working with central accounting team to submit job files on time and to support timely reporting.
• Generating invoices and ensuring prompt payment from clients.
• Wrapping jobs after completion including collection of supporting information.
• Collection of shoot assets.
• Building a good network of resources (assistants, support services, industry contacts) that each artist can work with.
• Assisting the agents with additional duties, as needed.

A note that the nature of this job requires working early mornings, late evenings and weekends depending on the projects in pipeline. During show seasons, the agency operates at a very rapid pace, with engagement across multiple shows and clients at a time. The candidate should be prepared for busy periods during January – end of February, June, and September to mid-October.
