NatWest Group is looking for an experienced IT leader with strong strategic vision, proven delivery of large-scale technology programmes, and the ability to lead teams in a regulated environment. The role requires expertise in cloud and enterprise systems, excellent stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of risk and compliance with regulators such as the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
