A fast-growing InsurTech business in the heart of the City is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two key members of the leadership team — the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, collaborative company at an exciting stage of growth, where you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly and making a genuine impact across the organisation.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus
Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide seamless day-to-day support in a fast-paced and varied position. This role would suit someone who thrives on being one step ahead, enjoys building relationships, and loves bringing structure and organisation to a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries and ever-changing schedules
- Coordinating meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing and distributing meeting documentation and materials
- Organising UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses efficiently and accurately
- Researching and booking venues for lunches, dinners, and corporate events
- Supporting the planning and delivery of client and internal events, including catering and guest coordination
- Acting as a key point of contact for existing and prospective clients
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and business materials
- Managing incoming post and courier arrangements
- Providing wider administrative support across the business as needed
About You
We’re keen to speak with experienced Personal Assistants who have supported senior stakeholders within insurance, financial services, or another regulated corporate environment.
