Integration Director - Tech-Enabled Services, London

Camino Search is currently partnering with a software and IT services business hiring for an Integration Director.

This will support the next phase of inorganic growth, building a scalable and repeatable framework to effectively integrate new acquisitions onto the platform across people, process, and systems.

The business are scaling rapidly, and this opportunity will suit a proactive and pragmatic approach.

This is a permanent opportunity, paying £120 - £140,000 salary DOE plus 20% target bonus.

Key Experience:

• Proven track record leading integration for an IT services, property, or professional services business.
• Experience building playbooks and Integration Management Office capability.
• Background in wider transformation, with a strong focus on proper governance and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills to collaborate across different business units.
