An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Community Health Care Assistant to join the District Nursing Service in Enfield.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients within their own homes.
• Work independently and provide a consistently high standard of care to a multicultural and diverse population.
• Provide administrative and organisational support within the team.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and strong teamwork skills.

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of working within patients’ own homes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of health professionals and informal carers.
• Previous experience of working with elderly patients in the community would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

• Comprehensive induction and training programme.
