HR Business Partner - L&D Lead, Stone

We’re looking for a well‑rounded HR Generalist who has considerable experience of core activities like discipline, grievances, absence management and recruitment, as well as supporting business growth through great communication and change management support.

Using both management information and your emotional intelligence, you’ll confidently influence, guide and support leaders to deliver against our growth ambitions.

You’ll be a key part of the HR team, working with world‑class scientists across a range of fields, working on anything from moon dust to microbiology – you’ll be hard pressed to find this breadth of activities in any other organisation.

Ideally, you’ll have CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience and a science or business degree would be advantageous.
