• Assist the operational HR team with administration and delivery of key HR initiatives (talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, employee engagement).
• Provide administrative support for employee‑relation cases under guidance of the HR team.
• Support onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Conduct exit interviews with leavers, analyse feedback and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance staff retention.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, liaising with HR and project‑management teams.

The 2‑year graduate programme equips participants with the skills required to excel in HR and progress toward professional membership or chartership. Rotations, practical experience, training and networking opportunities are integral to the scheme.
